I have the Wilson Mobile Pro 4G. It has twice the power of the Sleek 4G. The Sleek has an average gain of 18db. The Mobile Pro 4G is advertised at 50db. I averaged 35db gain while in a limited service enviroment. A friend in the same area also running the Pro 4G also averaged 35db signal increase.
Distance is key. A few inches from the internal antenna is great. More than two feet and the effect goes way down.
Areas where the Sleek had no service the Mobile Pro 4G had 2bars of 1X. I had service where the Sleek saw nothing. I've only tested with two continuous devices.
