We purchased the Wilson Booster with amplifier along with a Trucker's antenna .. there is a little black box (inside antenna) which is temporarily attached to the wall ... which is wired to one of their small amplifiers which is wired to an outside antenna.
Without the set up would not be able to get on the internet here at the county park where we are set up for a few months ... too many users in the area.
It has truly worked very successfully for us ... we did call the Wilson Booster help line before settling on which one we wanted and then ordered from Amazon. There is a Communication Specialist (name ?) in Coos Bay which sells Wilson Boosters also, and had we known that we would have bought from them.
There are several posting on here which give information on how to set up the antenna .. we used a flag pole mount along with a collapsible painter's pole to mount the antenna (we have no rear ladder) onto the side of our travel trailer, and ran the wiring in thru the electric cable entrance.
