Cell Phone plan with truly unlimited data - no metering

Many cell phone plans I know of boast of "unlimited" data, but I've run into exceptions for hot spot use and metered rates after certain limits. Are there any plans that are truly unlimited and OK ...

We have two UDP's that are no longer offered, the prepaid hotspot plan from Verizon that recently ended, and the AT&T Connected Car Mobley plan wth the SIM moved to a Netgear Unite Explore hotspot. Both are subject to deprioritization, but the reality for us has been that even in congested areas the speeds have still been good enough for reliable streaming on one service or the other. We average around 150 GB/mo combined.
