Cell Phone plan with truly unlimited data - no metering

Many cell phone plans I know of boast of "unlimited" data, but I've run into exceptions for hot spot use and metered rates after certain limits. Are there any plans that are truly unlimited and OK ...

Spring and T-Mobile may be one company soon (Court has approved the mega merger)
(I am not a fan of mega mergers.... Or Sprint/notel)

My T-mobile plan is unlimited no overcharges though they only guarantee "High speed for so many gigs (One for hotspot one for the phone itself) I"m over on both as I type
