My T-mobile plan is unlimited no overcharges though they only guarantee "High speed for so many gigs (One for hotspot one for the phone itself) I"m over on both as I type
I don't think so. There is some sort of convoluted plan where Dish is spun off as a new cell phone provider using their large unused block of spectrum, so there will (in theory) still be 4 providers. That new network will use Sprint's network until they get their own up and running.
Someone has noticed that countries with only 3 cell providers have much higher rates than those with 4 providers.
