Cell Phone plan with truly unlimited data - no metering

Many cell phone plans I know of boast of "unlimited" data, but I've run into exceptions for hot spot use and metered rates after certain limits. Are there any plans that are truly unlimited and OK ...

I just got my Visible (a Verizon company) phone yesterday.

I traded in an old Android phone for a new FREE phone.

It's fast on my local tower as the slower 5Mbps speed has been lifted. (for how long I don't know)

I just got 15 Mbps on a speed test, but it is early in the morning.

It's well worth the $40 a month with all the unlimited hotspot data I want.
