We have two UDP's that are no longer offered, the prepaid hotspot plan from Verizon that recently ended, and the AT&T Connected Car Mobley plan wth the SIM moved to a Netgear Unite Explore hotspot. Both are subject to deprioritization, but the reality for us has been that even in congested areas the speeds have still been good enough for reliable streaming on one service or the other. We average around 150 GB/mo combined.
OTRMOBILE now does meter and throttle at about 22Gb. They changed their plans about 2 months ago. Their tech support is solely by chat mode on their Web site which is very slow. They are no longer the component they used to be. I've had several times my router had lost connectivity with ATTS network and needed to use OTR mobiles chat support. Now a waste of time.
