If you belong to FMCA they have their TECH-Connect plan
This is via SPRINT (Which just merged it seems with T-mobile)
I have one, got it last week. It is advertised as 100% unlimited. no throttling.
However at this time I notice the speeds are not as good as my T-Mobile phone.
On my T-Mobile (55+ plan) I've only noticed throttling on rare occasions.
It will be some time before I have a final opinion on the Sprint Device but so far its fast enough.. Yesterday it took 59 minutes to download a 1 hour video Last week it was 35 minutes.. (Normal as the size of the file varies)
But since Sprint is not meetering.. I like it.
