Cell Phone w/Unlimited Call Blocking
Is there such a thing as a cell phone that can block unlimited cell numbers, and area codes? My current flip phone can only block about 30 numbers, which is becoming inadequate with the growing spam ...

yes it is, and nothing is stopping it. Yes the FTC has gone after a few firms, but only a handful
As people switch their "use" phones to cell, they enter them as phone numbers with various companies they do business with, that then sell these lists to marketers, that then sell them to anyone.
Government's attempted control of SPAM phone, junk mail and e-mail is pretty much a waste of taxpayer dollars. For one, they carve out a whole bunch of exceptions to the rules that many SPAMers can legally use. And second, but most important, is US laws don't apply to calls, mail and e-mail coming from outside their legal jurisdiction.
