Your trying to use the phone as a Wi-Fi router
IIRC..there was a discussion on this once before
This is not a good idea, you would be better off buying a router
To connect the pc to chromecast, not your phone
There are other Wi-Fi devices designed specifically for connecting the TV to the PC
Chromecast..is designed to use your "NETWORK" to mirror the pc screen to the TV, in this case your NETWORK was Verizon
The problem being the phone is not designed to be a stand alone Wi-Fi router...not using Verizon internet
