Update. Got my $12 Cisco and called in. Took me a half hour to convince the girl I did not want to change my package for their tv service. Finally said I'm hanging up an calling century link. Got connected an it works great and will pay for its self in only 6weeks. Took there Cisco back to the service center expecting a fight. Took 1 minute and was painless.
