Sorry but this is simply not true... unless you are talking about Joe Smoe's cloud storage. Any of the big companies maintain multiple serious credentials from 3rd party testing facilities. Do you think multiple government organizations would be using cloud if it was unsecure?
I'm sure you don't believe what I've said so to head off absurd back and forth, provide some credible proof to support what you've said in the above quote. If you want to see the credentials, those are readily available by the big cloud vendors. All you have to do is look.
