LOL! Yeah, Verizon with the marketing claim of the best coverage in the US, is puzzled why we have no cell service at our house. I told them to lay their super-duper coverage map over the top of a topography map. All the mountain tops & ridge lines have coverage. Anyone below that level does not. Of course, being in the Pacific NW, most of that land is all forest land - no one lives there.
It's all marketing folks, nothing to see here, move along!
