The new building I work in up the hill from UC Berkeley has zero cell reception. Great view, horrible (zero bars) cell reception.

If that's a big enough campus, call the cell providers and complain, you might find mini-cells installed. Att came in and built a mini network in all 5 floors of our building and coverage is now the only network that works flawlwssly
