It's phone LOCATION information...I don't see why it would be any more protected than the location of the land line that runs into my house. The Man still has to get a warrant to access the calls made from the phone, and pin the calls to an actual person. Just like the old days!
If folks want to get their knickers in a knot about something, how about that hot new "look away" feature on the Samsung Galaxy?
