I use the TV Guide app. If you don't have a smartphone you can go to tvguide.com.
Look for Provider to get set up. You'll want to put in your zip code and choose either Broadcast or Antenna depending if you are using the App or website. Since you're in an area with a lot of channels you will want to use the Favorites feature to narrow down the list.
