your story makes no sense to me. You purchased a motorhome sight unseen. Did a walk thru at delivery and was happy so you drove it off the lot. You don't say if it was an as is sale, or warranted. Sounds like you drove it for a period of time with no complaints. CW did not call about leveling board so you called and found they had fixed the problem, but did not tell you. You went back to CW they, for some reason, replaced the board with a used one they just happened to find laying around the shop. When you left your campsite to return to CW you drove 20 miles (I gather you were very low on fuel) and had engine problems. Apparently you made it to CW. Somehow it ended up at Cummings to be checked out. I gleened CW is taking care of that, you don't say.
What more can they do?
As far as homeless. That happens when you fulltime and breakdown. Same as if your stick and brick catches fire. You need to have a plan B in place.
