We put a deposit down on the MH when we were in Germany. The sale was not final unit we did the walk through. I would never buy anything for 6 figures without a warranty, even if it is used. This was not a $2,000 1975 class C. I drove it twice. We stayed in it for 3 weeks. The trust was with the manager at CW. He tried to convince me that the system just needed calibrated and it had been done. This was false. I told him they needed to install the part because it was part of the deal. we would not have bought the MH otherwise. We are living our plan B. However, we don't want it to become our plan A.
The Focus is an Automatic.
I am satisfied with the sales department and the people that work in the store. It is the management and untrained techs that I have issues with. I was trained in the Army that I needed to have the manual with me when working on a piece of equipment. I still follow that rule.
