I totally understand your point, Zeppi-popout...its about trust and honesty, NOT band-aides and falsehoods, as our experience with CW has been the same right from our initial purchase. Hopefully this will be worked out to your satisfaction.
I also agree 100% with the response from DownTheAvenue. CW has lost its focus on putting the customer first.
