I don't expect CW techs to know every car and MH inside and out. However, they should look at the manufacturers manuals regarding the area that is being worked on.
I can't use the MH because it is in lot at a Freightliner shop. The problem was with the fuel system. The fuel/water separator had alot of water in it. The filters were bad and everything was gunked up due to it sitting around. I due believe CW will make things right in the end. What I think is lost is that the customers are people.
Does CW have a inspection process a camper goes through before it gets resold? kind of like a car? 100 point inspection? If so I never received any paperwork stating this.
What happends when a MH comes in? Does the motor get looked at? filters? belts? oil? fuel/water separator? ETC?
