You make an excellent point and I appreciate your input. In NC we pay a separate road tax so rest assured the roads people are getting my money.
Buying on-line through other states is in no way illegal here in the US and very commonly practiced.
Normally I wouldn't have noticed or worried about a sales tax but while price matching RV washer/dryer combos today on-line I noticed other sites like PPL beat CW by over $300 because of tax alone.
So your telling me the morally correct thing to do was to buy from the seller that added taxes just because I should feel obligated to pay taxes?
Come on, $300 in tax? That would be about $4,250 at 7% for washer/dryer, are you sure you are not stretching the truth a little for dramatic effect? :R
