Really? Two CW's El Paso & Albuquerque, El Paso messed up a special Order Love seat, paid cash in advance. When it came in they wanted more, claiming price had gone up. Alb. Issue with a Satellite receiver died in a couple months, took Ella to resolve and get a replacement. Abl. Took a Washer/Dryer in that quit, 30+ days not fixed. I picked it up being told they would send the needed board when it came in. 3 weeks later no board, manufacture says it was shipped and signed for two weeks ago. Multi calls and again Ella got involve and the board arrived a couple days later. That is not customer service and I will not cross a CW thresh hold again.
Amazon or a little two man RV repair close to home.
I feel sure they will really miss your business. We hear from probably 100 that HATE CW and never hear from the 1000's that are satisfied with the service provided. Bad part is the 100's can't let it go. They post every chance they get over and over. I just ignore their post and move on. It's always the same ole same ole. And to think, CW provides them a FREE SITE they can complain on. I feel they should be banned after 3 negative posts. Their lives must be terrible as they have nothing else to do other than complain.
