Deleted apps on iPod

This morning unknowingly (by accident) I pressed an icon to delete it and must have hit my "Travel" folder which it and all of the contents got deleted. I don't remember what all I had it in. Is there anyway to get it/them back?

    Doesn't iTunes make a backup by default of your device files each time you sync? Not sure if its applicable with your folder, but you may want to check.

    It's not apps he deleted, it's his travel folder. His personal data and stuff.

    No, it was apps I had saved in a "folder" that I named Travel & I don't remember what all different apps/webpages I had collected in it.
