- donn0128Explorer IIRv checklist for sure.
- for books: Kindle and Overdrive. I get e-books from my library via Overdrive, read them on Kindle app. Once books are downloaded, reading is offline (no wi-fi needed).
for music: Pandora and sometimes apps to stream music from a favorite radio station (only if have wi-fi)
Files Pro: This is my workhorse app for making my own guidebooks. I save maps and data as PDFs on my desktop computer as I do trip research. Then before the trip I load these documents all into Files Pro so I can read them anytime anywhere on my trip. I give each file a name starting with the town or park it refers to so all docs for a region end up together in the list. You can make folders with Files Pro, but that is a bit tedious. Live internet needed for download, reading is offline. Files Pro can also open Word, Excel, and other types of documents.
Audio tour apps/podcasts for museums I plan to visit. Listen offline, but don't forget to take headphones along.
for reference: a list of dump stations (I bought Sanidumps USA). bird and flower info. I like Audubon California Nature. All of these can be read offline once loaded.

Almost all are free. Very useful apps. - QualcityExplorerWe found Roadside to be most entertaining. It will tell you what's around your current location that's odd or unusual, such as the worlds largest ball of string, birthplace of Wyatt Earp, tree in the shape of a monkey, etc...

Restaurant Finder - places to eat
RV Dumps - finding dump stations
Gas Cubby - keep track of fuel expenses and mileage

Google Drive - I put all of my email campground confirmations here so I do not have to carry papers. I have had to use this one more than once when someone tried to charge a different rate than what I was given
