Dell laptop won't turn on
I have a dell studio laptop and it will not power up anymore. I plug it in and the power light comes on and when I press the power button nothing happens. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks.

I don't use the battery I just use the power cord.
Please reread what I said. The plug in is notorious for failing where it mounts to the mother board. That means, NO POWER.
So you are saying it is probably the power cord that plug inside the computer where the power cord plugs to??
