I got brave and removed the LnB head from the arm, the single ant cable/line is attached to the left side (looking from dish to LnB head).
Would it be OK to leave several insides of old ant cable attached to the other ports that are NOT being used, and seal the cable ends with Goop/RV cement,to prevent moisture/corrosion/dust problems in the future?
All the LnB ports are sealed in a rubber boot around the connection cable.

A SWM LNB will only have one available output and the others cannot be used. That one single line can be used to power up to 8 separate tuners with the use of a SWM splitter.
I don't understand what you are asking about so I can't answer properly. If you have an older DTV LNB (not SWM) it would have 4 coax outputs available and any unused port should be capped with a 75-ohm terminator cap and not goop.
