Direct tv splitter
I'm wondering if somebody can give me the spec's for a 1 to 2 splitter for Direct TV so that I can run 2 TV's off of one lnb. I bought one at Best buy that I thought should work. It worked to an exten...

Roman Duck...if you follow the procedure I outlined you will achieve what you're trying to do. The two A/B switches you see in the picture do just that. The top two switch to the dome antenna, the bottom two switch to the external antenna. I normally have the dome switched ON unless I need the external antenna. I simply hook up the outside antenna, aim it and flip the switches to the lower, or B. The DTV box doesn't care where the signal comes from. That said, you'll still have to use the multiplex switch before the A/B switches...oh! and it doesn't matter if you're using one or two televisions....hope this helps....Dennis
