Directv AM21N Wingard Sensor Pro Gain
Can the gain turned on to 20 on the sensor pro wreck the receiver card in an OTA receiver? My AM21N crapped out after only about 1 month of use. Not happy. 50 bucks down the drain.

Actually is does affect performance exactly as you describe. But it won't kill the receiver.
