For many years we took our home DVR receiver with us and used a portable dish which was free. So if trees were in the way we still had recorded shows.
He wants HD, which you can't get with a dome for DTV but can for Dish.
I can't use my dome so much I just get the tripod out every time now. With SWM, its just one wire for three boxes.
