Ah, HAH! As I mentioned, I did a google search for DNS info and kept running into a 404 error (page not found) since those links went to DTV. OK, that's because AT&T bought them and they are handling the DNS stuff now. When I found their FAQ about DNS, there was a link to: DNS Signup
And yeah, my memory was the problem...I thought I'd already filled it out and sent it in...but you can't, you have to have a DTV account first and I didn't do that for months after learning the procedure.
So I hope the problem is solved when I fill out that form and send it in, in a couple days.
