The problem is to get this issue identified by the people making the programming decisions. Right now everything is being cut off at the first level tier tech support. That is why it is so important to get the tech to enter the key words into the notes section since they use software to search out keywords in the notes section. When you talk to tech support have them enter in the notes section " DVR continuously resets when there is no signal from satellite when used in RV" . Double check that they actually make the entry because on my first two calls and after explaining in detail the problem, the only entry made was " DVR resets after 10 minutes. My third call was to their supervisor that is how I found out about the key word search. I am still trying to find a path to report bugs in the software directly to Directv.
