Oh,We can make it happen. I bugged Hughsnet over a firmware issue that required the RX to be rebooted once a day. It took me 6 months but I got it done.
I am retired and have lots of time to work up the food chain. Sometimes you have to go to the top and work down. I had a gamecam that was defective and worked on that one for 9 months. Even letters to the president went unanswered, so I found the holding company and layed out my experience to the board of directors. I swear that within a few hours of it hitting his desk I got a call from the original company asking what they could do to make things all better.....I got the VIP treatment for about a month asking if all was well.
