Directv DVR continuously resetting when no signal from sat

I think I finally found a way to get Directv's attention regarding this situation: Problem: You can no longer watch prerecorded programs stored on your DVR when you can't get a signal from the sat...

Allen 13331- You may also want to stress that this is not just an RV user issue. This same issue would happen during a big rain storm, snow storm or if something happened to their dish if the subscriber shut down and tried to reboot his system. They could not even watch recordings from the DVR until a signal was again receivable or a serviceman fixed their dish.
