Good news guys, I just got a call from Directv and they are working the problem. I spent some time on the phone with a tech ( that seemed to know what she was talking about) reproducing the problem. Next step, they will try to reproduce the problem in the lab tomorrow. I am scheduled to call the tech in the morning to see what they found out. Keep the faith, we are finally talking to the right people.
