Ok guys, we have their attention! If you can send me a private message explaining what problem you reported ( DVR continuouly resetting when no sat signal present), what you were told, if they sent you a new DVR, how many times you called, basically recount your interaction with tech support . I will sent a copy to the person I am working with. If you include your Directv account number they will pull your reported problem and see what the techs entered. They truly want to resolve this issue. Unfortunately the person I am working with does not want any contact info given out so I have to relay all the info. Let's just say we are now working at the highest level of Directv and not phone tech support. If you are willing to share the information, be nice and objective because I will be pasting your message directly into an email.
