Directv DVR continuously resetting when no signal from sat

I think I finally found a way to get Directv's attention regarding this situation: Problem: You can no longer watch prerecorded programs stored on your DVR when you can't get a signal from the sat...

Why not? That's what I do.


I mean before you leave your house, taking the house receiver with you. If it was already in the RV, no problem. It is the taking it from the living room to the RV and keeping it plugged in is the issure I have. Sorry for not being clear.
