Directv DVR continuously resetting when no signal from sat

I think I finally found a way to get Directv's attention regarding this situation: Problem: You can no longer watch prerecorded programs stored on your DVR when you can't get a signal from the sat...

Why would they? I hope they do. Again, let me emphasis that I hope you are correct and I hope DTV does something. I am just a perpetual skeptic when it comes to big corporations giving the slightest damn about their customers.
