Thanx for all the time you spent with DirecTv getting this issue fixed.It had to be frustrating trying to get to someone who cared and had the authority to fix it. I honestly didn't think it could be done. :) Good Job!
No problem, I like a challenge . I am taking the motorhome out this next week so I will have a chance to test the new software. I will report on the results.
