Spent about 30 minutes on chat this morning. Was finally told there was nothing more he could do to find the problem. At least he did not tell me it couldn't be done. He requested I call their 800 number.
After another 45 minutes of attempted fixes with the gal on the phone she scheduled a tech to come out and look at it. The amazing thing is they are coming out Sunday morning. So, may still get to watch the game at home.

Did you not read my earlier post? You said you were in Florence, Oregon. Network stations, including FOX, are available over the air. Depending on where you are staying you hardly need an antenna the signal is so strong.....an alligator test lead clipped to TV antenna input may suffice.
