If you want to use your cell as a hot spot then first be aware that video implies a lot of data that will likely exceed your base amount - ie $$$ extra.
There are various cell phone/data amplifiers/boosters available to help.
If you want to use CG WiFi then there are also various WiFi amplifiers/boosters.
