I did a little GOOGLE research and found that your receiver will work with a "legacy" setup. That means it will work with the old style antenna and does not need (although it is compatible with) an SWM setup. It will work with any LNB that will receive Directv's SD signal on satellite 101.
As far as hooking it to the TV, either the RCA jacks, or get an RF Modulator. Personally, I would go with the RF Modulator because it uses channel 3/4 just like any other device hooked to the TV. RCA jacks from receiver to RF Modulator, and regular coax to analog TV. Automatically cuts the antenna in/out just by turning on the receiver.
