I found this on DTV but it doesn’t address devices connected to the wireless router via WiFi.
As for DTV not supplying equipment directly to consumers, they may not but you can buy the Bridge and C41W at Weaknees and other retailers.
The drawing you provided has a caption that states that these are recommended distances, not absolutes. The entire installation package for the Wireless Bridge and C41W is here: C41W installation
I agree with you that if these distances are close to being actual minimums then use of a C41W in an RV may be difficult. However, since some people are already using them then it isn't impossible.
