Directv problem

Question

I have an old Directv system with SD programing. I was sitting here listening to one of the music channels when it just quit. Signal strength is 0. Went out and checked the connections and still nothing. I tried readjusting with no success. Any thoughts? Will Directv send a service person to an RV? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Have you tried to reset the receiver?Small red button in hatch on front of receiver.next cold start the receiver by disconnecting from power for 10-15 seconds by un-plugging.

Possibly a dead LNB, or a bad coax
