How many have had to use the plan? And for those who decline the plan and had a problem what was the cost? Thanks

Protection against having to pay the $50 service charge for labor/service call.
I have one HD DVR and one non-HD-DVR. I believe if I ask to have the non-HD changed out it for a HD, it would cost me $50.
If the wind moved my dish and it had to be adjusted, I think that might cost $50.
