DIRECTV receiver with neighbors satellite dish?

I have a friend who has his rv on a permanent site which is covered in trees. Does not have a chance of setting up his dish. However, his neighbor has a directv slimline HD dish already in place and ...

There should be no issues using another dish with his receiver. It would be the same as me taking a receiver from my home and connecting it to my portable dish. The receive does not know who owns the dish.
