DIRECTV receiver with neighbors satellite dish?

I have a friend who has his rv on a permanent site which is covered in trees. Does not have a chance of setting up his dish. However, his neighbor has a directv slimline HD dish already in place and ...

That will work perfectly fine as long as there is an available port on the satellite dish or the Dish's switch. Hook it up and run with it.
