OK, so all you need is a single LNB and that can be round or oval but oval is of no additional help. Dual LNB refers to the number of outputs available from that single LNB. Point the antenna to the 101 satellite and you will get all of the DirecTV programming buy very likely not the Networks (unless you also have DNS).
