The Inserter is a Directv Model P121R1-03. Since I have a DVR with two inputs, I have a green Directv 4-way splitter. The output from the inserter is going into the into the one of the four outputs that has the red line going to it. The line from the dish is gong into the input line on the splitter. There are two other output lines going to the two tuners on the DVR. The green light is on on the inserter.
