If you taking a home box on the road, it is best to duplicate your home setup. You know that works. Mixing and matching introduces gotchas. Fine if you know and understand what you are doing.
There have been times that I want Tv and home and in the RV. The one DVR ain't going to make that. I will try to stick to two as long as I may need this option. My home system is about 8 years old and non-SWM. THe house can be changed to SWM. Direct might change it if I asked. I just might try that. That might make it easier to take a DVR off and use it on a SWM system if it comes out of my house on SWM.
