Directv SWM SL3 System Not getting Signal on 103

If your mast is not plumb (vertical) then setting the skew is not going to do what you expect. It's a complicated 3D geometry problem to explain but if the mast isn't vertical then the axis you are rotating the skew around won't be properly aligned and you will end up creating a lateral (sideways or up/down) motion instead of just a rotation. This could produce the effects you are reporting.
